New growth

Out with the old and in with the new.

A rocky start

Don't fall on this rock, it will tear you a new one.

Just call him CRASH!

This was one of the more dramatic wipe outs I saw while the SKIMboarders were running around. I wanted to really show the action so I decided to animate it. Make sure to click on the pic for the whole picture! :)

(note: no skimboarders were injured in the making of this gif.)

Click on the pic for the real fun! :)

Wake up!

Pun intended, of course.

This next image is the first of a few that I will be posting of the skimboarders at Dash Point.
Air Time!

Back to the beach.

I hit the beach today and managed to get some decent shots. A great group of wakeboarders were around and willing to let me shoot some of their good.. and not so good…. tricks. :)

First up is a shot of a chain that was attached to a log on the beach.

Enjoy!
The chains that bind us?

Things have been crazy

So things are really busy for me these days and I haven’t had much oppurtunity to take pics/post.

The following things have occurred:

I attended Sakura-con and took some pics. (Interesting people who attend that convention.)
I got in a car accident
Borrowed a car from my good friends Bruce and Krystal
Which then broke down
Then my other friend Jason fixed it for me (Truly a huge favor, he spent 2 days working on it after working all day.)

I have managed to take a few pictures so I will try to post those soon. Additionally, I now have some people that want to go hiking with me over the summer so I should have some more opportunities to take pics while doing that.

Things are going to be really busy at work for the next month or so so here we go again! :)

Blossoms

This tree is right outside my door. Easy shot! :)

Make like a tree and leaf.

IMG_8192.JPG

This is a tree out front of my apartment. While many trees are blooming in Federal Way already this one is not. Not that I mind, it blocks my view of the lake when it is fully leafed out.

A friend of mine is trying to build his cooking portfolio with some images of his food. This is the first of these images. He made this meal for my family last night.

New Tripod, first image

Just playing with the tethering software for my camera. This is a ceramic mask that Andrea made oh so long ago. It is up on the wall in our dining room.
